Each enamel pin is made-to-order. Once a design hits its minimum preorder goal, we send it into production. No timers, no pressure — just collectible little drops, funded by the doc-fam.

Preorder anytime — your card is held, not charged in full, until the goal is reached.
2. We make it
Production begins once the minimum preorder quantity is met. Only what's reserved is made.
3. We ship it
Estimated shipping begins after manufacturing is complete. You'll get status updates the whole way.

Is there a deadline?
Nope — no countdowns. Preorders stay open until the minimum production goal is reached.
When will I be charged?
Your preorder is captured at checkout so we can fund the run. If a design doesn't reach its goal, you're refunded in full.
How long until I get my pin?
Each pin lists an estimated production + shipping timeline (typically 5–8 weeks after the goal is reached).
What are the production statuses?
Collecting Preorders → Goal Reached → In Production → Preparing Shipments → Shipping Soon. We email updates at every step.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes — anytime before production begins. Just reply to your order email.
Will it ever be restocked?
Most preorder pins are limited drops. Once they ship, they may not return — that's the collectible part.
